When should I start top dressing with flower booster?

I have some options and I wanted to try the Flower Girl organic powder stuff. I'm at about 3 weeks veg at the moment. I know it's going to take some time before the top dressing breaks down and penetrates into the soil....So when should I start and how often should I apply it? Thanks

I top dress every 2 weeks 1/4 cup per 5 gallons of medium. Once I flip I add the flower girl (mixing with the veg formula 1/8 cup each per 5 gallons of medium.) & water with fish shit. I stop adding the veg formula at week 3. Then it’s straight flower girl @ 1/4 cup per 5g.

Here’s a few photos of one of my current plants. She’s in an 18 gal storage tote. No drainage. All Dr earth & fish shit 100%.

Pretty much what I do.. Add flower girl at flip and it starts working after the stretch.. Then every 2-3 weeks
