When should i start using nutes?

This is my first grow and my little baby is developing her second set of rigid leaves and i am pretty sure i have a week or two before i should start with nutes, however i wanted to be sure so that she will grow up to be nice and strong.

With good soil, I don't apply nutes until 3 weeks or later.

2 weeks is fine , if your worried go 1/2 strength .
