As early as possible, can be tough training autos especially particular strains due to their really short stalky stature. Looks like ya got quite a bit of room in there. I'm still a firm believer of all natural if the space permits. Nothing like a true main cola..:weed:

You will get a better yield if you Lst, it will allow light to penetrate to the other branches creating more budsites.

Everyone will have differing opinions on when and how to Lst them, I prefer them a bit taller(about the 6th/8th node) and then slightly bend the main stem towards one side ideally you want the branches at the same distance from the light.you could also "tuck" the leaves back to expose some branches, please note: I am merely repeating what has worked for me so take advice with a grain of salt

yea man. everyone here has heard the same party line. " dont touch autos, dont lst, fem, top, scrog, hands off and let them grow.

Thats what i typically do, but here lately I have been questioning alot of that. I am seriously considering putting my scrog net up over this grow just to see how it looks.

Thos is only my 3rd grow but i honestly believe autos can bounce back quicker then most believe i had a kush auto i gave to my cousin because I burnt it with nutes real young and it just looked like a leaf on a stick (a crispy leaf lol)after a month i couldnt believe how good it grew that little sucker did good not a huge loss in size or yield

I've never heard don't lst or scrog autos, I have heard and said don't top or fim them, I mean it's your plant do what you want, but you just end up with shorter colas by cutting the tops of them, if you top at 2 weeks then you only have about 2 weeks for the new tops to form before it starts it's flower cycle

i totally agree on topping. i was told basically the same thing about scrog. they just dont grow long enough for it to matter. i dont know if thats true or not. just what i was told

Maybe try Uncle Ben's topping method and let em go? If you do it right there's literally no downtime on your plants. Your 4 tops are shooting off more nodes in 24 hours or less. My record time in getting from sprout to topping is 12 days after breaking the soil sutface. At the most it's 14 days. I think it could be feasible if the strain has around a 30 day veg period. Cut down on the larf because the canopy is more even.
