When to flush?

Just started my first grow outdoors and will be harvesting soon (Put pic below) I checked my trichomes with the scope and mostly still clear; some cloudy. I have been using molasses in my watering just last 2weeks with decent results. I know I should flush 3x the volume of my pot. Do I use distilled water? and how often for how long should I flush?? Any info on this would really be appreciated! =P

flush means something different depending on how you grow.

if you have been using an organic soil/tea system, then there is no flush per say. just add plain water, no worries about running water through.

if you are in a soil-less 'dirt' (like many potting mixes designed for herb), you have been adding food with water throughout the grow cycle. if this is the case, just add plain water, and let some run through. DO NOT overwater (too much too fast) or you will drown the roots. add a little plain water, wait, repeat until it runs out the bottom.

if you have been using some synthetics (either soil or soil-less) then i would flush for sure, as described above.

the debate on molasses during this flush continues. i would just add water for the last two weeks, no molasses.

Yeah, you don't hafta worry about flushing for a while, or when growing outdoors for that mater.
