when to give my plant first dose of nutes?

well just got back from the vancouver seed bank and picked up 10 indoor mix seeds and just gonna start veg right now. gonna veg with cfls and flower with a 250 watt hps and im gonna grow 3 plants anyways when should i give the first dose of nutes and i think i need 20-20-20 for veg and 10-30-10 for flower is that right
****Edit***** how may cfls should i use to start with can i use 2 23 watt bulbs for each plant to start than go to 4 per plant when it gets bigger will this be okay

Wait a month and start off at a small dose, like quarter strength. You need at least four 23w bulbs per plant. Get some higher wattage CFL's or use the HPS from the get-go.

You can. A MH for veg is better, but you can use a HPS.

well i haven't bought my 250 watt hps yet already bought 12 cfls and bunch of light fixtures just gonna use 4 lights each plant for veg and see how they do if they need more than i will add more thxs for the help guys

well you already bought the cfls's but im a fan of using HPS instead. One bulb instead of 12? up to you though

okay im gonna listen to you gotta save up some cash to buy it just paid my rent and got a big bag of kush so im gonna buy it as soon as possible and set her up thxs
