When to harvest - Please look at pics

This is my first grow. Down in South Africa. Please will you guys let me know how much longer you think i need until harvest, havent gotten myself a magnifying glass yet.
As you can see had/have a bit of a spidermite problem which will prob reduce my yield a bit. Pics are big, but so you can zoom in.

You still got a bit, rule of thumb is, when most of the white hairs turn orange and start receding back into the bud structure, Also look at your trichomes, 1/2 amber colored 1/2 clear is a general statement.

you cant get your hands on some neem oil or anything for the mites? they will only get worse if you let them.

Can i get neem oil from a nursery? And how do i apply it? Been using some organic pesticide in the very early stages of flowering but don't want to use it now.
