When to harvest this white widow...

if anything a week longer max...depending on the type of high you are looking for...the longer you let it go the more couchlock it goes :)

Thanks for the quick reply man and yea she does look ready but idk i might give her a couple more days...shes not a big one either but i know il get some good smoke off her..

Never grown white widow, but I've seen most WW grows to be a 9 to 10 week strain. I think it's like 60% sativa or somewhere around that.
That plant looks 6 maybe 7 weeks at most. How far long is it?? She looks tasty! :mrgreen:

I flowered my WW for 67 days before I harvested her. I also left her completely in the dark the last 5 days. WW flowers for 70 days in general, so you will have to be the judge on when it's best to harvest. Good luck.

yeah it does not look ready to me yet. like others have said WW takes a while to fully mature and really starts to fatten up toward the end. yours has lots of the white hairs still on it.

i have read several times that you should leave white widows in the dark for up to a week before harvest.

" It's suggested to flower (12 hour light) this marijuana variety for 8 weeks, but 10 weeks will really give you the crystals you are after. Try to turn the lights off altogether the final 2 weeks of the flowering cycle- or at least down to 8 hours. This keeps the flowers from re-growth and stresses the plant into giving up its last drop of goodness as crystal to protect the flower! The buds have so much THC on them that it is hard to see them at all."

wish my dog didn't eat pot, every time i have a bag i have to make sure to take it out of my pockets so i don't see my dog's head in it

Cute dog!, give her at least 10 days. Wait until the remaining pistils turn rust colored and recede as well.

I already read all that, used to use the microwave to determine harvest. None of these work, quick dry methods don't not give us an accurate measure b/c we alter the final product. The only way is to clip a small bud and hang it for 3 days, and by then you may be too late to determine optimal harvest time. Unfortunately, it has been my experience that one needs to grow the same strain twice to determine this properly.

Thanks guys haha nice comments..yea ima let her go longer until i almost c no white hairs and i want more couch lock feeling...And i got a microscope 60x so il check the trichs here ina few days...i just want her to get as fat as possible..Then i got another white widow in my tent but idk whats wrong with this one its growing buds and shit..i think its because theres bugs in the soil like when i water her bugs r coming out of the bottom along with the water...here's a pic of the other one...It looks like this one is going to take longer then the nice and healthy one..I might just harvest her and so the hell with this one what do yall think?
