when to start adding molasses?

I want to know when YOU add molasses.

Molasses can be used to benefit the rhizosphere during all stages of growth by improving the microbial health present in the rootzone. I give it to all my plants once a week.

I put a tablespoon in my nute water, which is used every other watering.
