When to start flowering

I have two skunk plants, both of which have been growing for about 7 weeks, they stand about 60cm tall from the soil, should I switch over to the red spectrum CFL now? I only have one fixture so I can't keep the blue spectrum running as well.

So Keep them under the Blue growing 18/6 or switch over to the Red and 12/12

flower whenever, just expect them to atleast double in size

Yep, they should be ready to go 12/12. I think you will need to get a few more cfl's on them though.
