When to start growing??

I live in california Humboldt to be specific and i was wondering if i can start now since it is spring and all or wait everything is starting to get leafs like trees and what not sounds like a good time to start germinating??

Germ now and veg indoor for the next few weeks...

vegetate...the first half of your grow is to get the vegetation as big as possible, then the flowering kicks in as the sunlight reduces. If you don't have an indoor grower ( I don't), just start as soon as your location gets past 12/12. You can start a week or two ahead, since it takes a week for germination.
