When to start in WV

Hey guys, new to this forum but I've been reading posts and it seems like people here are very knowledgeable. I'm in WV and was just curious as to when to start germinating my plants and when to take them out. It's been in the mid 50's lately but I know that's still too cold. I planned on starting them inside for a month or so before taking them outside. When would be a good time to germ my seeds and thus take them out a month later? I am also using FFOF and the three main ferts and know the schedule you get from grow shops will have to be tweaked since they will be growing for more than 12 weeks. If anyone has used those ferts and soil outdoors and has any advice I'd be glad to hear it. Thanks in advance

Sup man I know a few things about growing in good ole WV. Depends if you are in the mountain counties or not man. If you are I'd put my plants out sometime in May, depending what the weather is like then. Even then, up until about June we can get frosts so just keep an eye on the weather and if it gets to start frosting then just cover em up. Once you hit June you're straight though.
