I'd say now is the best time to start planting. Its spring time basically so its naturally a good time for things to grow and flourish. Goodluck!

im in eastern ontario and the rule of thumb here is 2nd or 3rd week in may due to the chance of gettin frost..

but if i start now than by the time they are done they will be beanstocks. i live in the city so i cant let the get that big. i mean i got maybe a 5ft limit befor they start to grow over my feince and thats the last thing i want.......

I alwayws look on noaa.gov to see the weather in my area. if there is no frost for a whole week then it could be safe, I"ll wait an extra week just to be sure, and if you still see no frosts (nothing within 31-34 degrees) then you're clear to plant.

also watch out for big storms, even if its not a frost it can fuck a little seedling up if it's not used to the weather.

What you want is a crapload of autoflowering strains , autoflowering strains finish from 2 and a half months from seed and start flowering 3 to 4 weeks after being planted... they dont yield as much as normal photoperiod strains but good for beginners ... these little fuckers mostly take care of themselves! i'd recommend "easy ryder" or "diesel ryder" and supossingly the best auto yielder "auto ak-47" And i got em for a good price at herbiesheadshop.com... Well goodluck to you and start as soon as possible! once you procrastinate , sometimes you wont stop until its too late bro! peace

Central Cali here .....put the girls outside 3 weeks ago....they are loving it..started to grow real rfast so I supercropped them...looking really bushy now and I will s/c them all summer long. I do want to try some of them autoflower strains this year too. They look like they will be perfect while I wait for the main crop.
