when to super crop

when is the best time to super crop my plants are 1 week into flowering

I wouldn't advise supercropping in the flowering stage. Generally I do it in veg. I must admit, I've never tried in budding. But my thinking is that you want that energy going into your buds and not repairing the stalk at this point.

It isn't recommended to supercrop during flowering stage as dank said. The energy is focused on producing the buds right now. Do it in the vegetation stage where it's focused on the growth.
