When should I switch these babies to flower? They are at about 3-1/2 weeks veg almost 4.. I had some issues that's why they still look small but they are pretty bushy.

how much space do you have? If space/light isn't an issue then why not go a little longer...

All of that is good advice just remember they will probably double in size and depending on the strain so if you have the room veg til they get half the size you want them to be.

most strains double in size during flowering period. As well as fatten up. for non auto strains which I'm not growin this grow I wanted to try autos 
. Anyways I don't like my plants to talk indoors so I usually veg for 4 weeks or up to 8-10 inches I know they will finish somewhere between 22-30 inches ". it's more of a space thing but u can make them flower whenever u want!

I have a 7x7x7 area but with the cool hood reflectors I actually only have about 5-1/2 ft. of vertical grow space.. I will be using 2 600w HPS bulbs and there is also 2 50w advanced full spectrum LEDS in there as well. They are getting really bushy but are struggling to grow vertical. I am not sure If that is a problem or not it just seems to me that after almost a month they should at least be 1ft high but they are only pushing like 7-9 inches

Grow them till about 18inches tall then flip.

flip when you want mate they will double and some strains almost tripple if your in a rush just flip them but they do look kinda smallish and patience will pay off in the long run i once flipped some plants at 2 1/2 weeks veg and at the same time i flipped the same strain that had been vegging for almost 5 weeks the difference was 2oz on the small and 4 and a half on the others so imo definately worth waiting

Flip when the canopy is full. When you have plants that just barely overlap, start flowering.
If it's sativa dominant, flip when it's almost full.
If it's sativa dominant, flip when it's almost full.

i personally lollipop in veg and just a little tidy up 3rd week into flower but very light during flower as it can stunt growth ideally i try to not lollipop at all once in flower but all depends on how much scrag is left at the bottoms

I would veg at least up to 4 weeks , I flipped at day 40 . And my girls are about 42" tall in week 7 flowering. But it depends on your strains. Sativas get tall .
But the MINIMUM week ( veg ) to flip is week 3. You can veg longer if you want bigger plants.

Yea I think I will wait u took day 45 possibly day 50 depending on there heigth.. They are really struggling to grow vertically for some reason.. They are bushy as shit though I want them to stretch up about 4-6 more inches but they won't do it
