When to use "bloom boosters"

Hi guys,

So when should I use bloom boosters?? last 2 weeks flower??

And when I use bloom boosters, do I ONLY use the bloom booster and feed at my normal EC?

So if I normally feed at 1.6EC (adding A+B + calmag and I instead use a bloom booster only @ 1.6??? or do I add it ontop of my normal feed?

This answer depends on which bloom booster your considering. Big Bud - weekly, Hammerhead - Week 1 & 6, then 1/2 MOAB 1/2 Hammerhead week 7 & 8. There are others.

I prefer to add calcium, bloom booster and then bring it up to the usual EC. Last grow I tried feeding 600ppm H&G A&B start to finish and it was pretty effective with the above Hammerhead schedule.

There are a couple of different bloom boosters.
Those the feed added vitamins and minerals and p and k, like Canna boost.
Those that use hormones and tricantanol(sp), like GH Koolblooms.
They are used differently. There are different results too.
One adds flavor and one adds size.

Are you using one of the GH line-up? There are feeding schedules which should at least give you a reference point even if you are customizing your own feed schedule. My apologies if I am stating the obvious. In my own experience bloom boosters are added on top of the normal feed per manufacturer's instructions.
