When will my buds fatten up?

I have about 3-4 weeks left of budding to do, and I was wondering when they will start plumping up? I know how to make them fatter, but just wondering when it will happen.

Do they normally pack on the weight in the last week or two?

from what iv'e read in a Jorge Cervantes book yes, the last 2 weeks or so
