when will plants start flowering?

i was wondering when my plants should start flowering, there 7 weeks old right now , planted bout a bit after the middle of April, where im at right now we are at 14 hours of sun 10 hours of night , im guessing sometime next month but im not to entirely sure , if you want you can check out my plants here, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IEQK9_KlBSU&feature=channel_video_title

I think he was asking when the photoperiod shift happens that promotes flowering

After june 21(summer slostice) the days start getting shorter which will trigger flowering-last yr my plants started flowering in early-mid August. Im in new england.
