When's it time to pot up cuttings?

Hi there
I've always grown from seed but i'm giving cuttings a go for the first time and what I'd like to know is when to pot them up.My little Cheese and AK47 cuttings are just showing their taproots after 10 days and are coming out of the bottom of my rooting block(root riot).Do do I pot them up now and put them under my veg lighting at 18/6 or do i wait until more roots start coming out?

wait till you get a good root system

i normally pot my cutting up once i have about 4-7 roots popping out and they are about 1" in lenth
