I'm Building a DIY aeroponic fogger garden set up for under fiddy dollar that I saw on sywire.com..and the guy said you can get a nebulizer for around 20 to 30 bucks...where??

id sell you my old one if i knew you. ask people if they used to have asthma and have an old one lying around. offer them $20, its a deal for both of you

i think he's talking about a submersible fogger not a medical nebulizer. Pet stores have them if i'm not mistaken. They are used in aquariums and can make the water quite warm so invest in a chiller.
