Yeah I did the research it is legal to sell seeds in the mail as long as it's from America cuz if you buy it from another country you have to call your bank or whatever debit card you using and let them know you're making a overseas purchase cuz otherwise it will not go through cuz I found that out the hard way and I just gave up and then found out that I could have really completed the transaction have I just called the card but I'll let you know but it's going to be a little while before I do cuz I have a few seeds for right now I think it in like 3 weeks I'm going to give it a shot it doesn't look bad I'm going to buy a blended pack they give you five seeds of three different good plants and coupons and sometimes free seeds it says but I'll try to let you know
It is not legal to sell seeds in the United States. Using the US Postal Service to send cannabis seeds is a Federal Crime. It's not enforced but it's still a violation of the law. Cannabis is a Schedule 1 drug under Federal Law. Cocaine and Methamphetamine are schedule 2 and considered a lessor drug. Make sense of that.
And sending anything across state lines not only violates state laws in legal states but Federal law as well.
What we currently have is a law on the books not being enforced. The most that will happen is seeds being sent will be seized and destroyed. However if you're sending quantities of cannabis flower or other products through the mail you may end up being prosecuted.
If you sell seeds the thing you should worry about is the IRS. Because even though sales of anything cannabis related is against Federal law. They still want their cut. Tax evasion is how most people get in trouble.
