you'd have to go to where the clone only is from then find someone reliable cause any fool can hand you a cut of anything and tell you its blue dream. I've thought about going out to calli and shipping some back but how do you really know your getting the real cuts until you grow it out. I figure its not really worth the trip I'd rather spend my money on seed and have my own clone-only's that nobody else has.

Wrapped in a wet paper towel, in a Ziploc bag. You don't ship clones, only cuttings that you turn into clones.

Honesrly, I'm completely over clone only "strains". IMHO they rarely live up to the hype. There are a few folks in my circle who chase them relentlessly and often cull them after growing them out a few times. Certainly it is worth doing a pheno hunt through a batch of seeds to keep the pick of the litter though.
FWIW - there are two phenos of Blue Dream floating around these parts. One has an amazing flavor with decent high profile, the other doesn't taste as good but I prefer the high profile of it. Clearly, one of them is not the "real deal clone only"...

That's certainly one way to go.
You do have to be a bit cagey about how you do it, but cannabis is a fairly tough plant and people successfully ship rooted clones all the time.
To answer the original question, how to you get a cut of a "clone only" line?
Some of them you can get from reputable dispensaries.
Some of them you can get from individuals you trust.
If you network with the right people, you can swap clones.
Yeah, you probably can buy some on Craigs' list, but as mentioned, you're taking a chance there, not just that you won't get what you're after, but also that your clones will be full of mites or other pathogens.

All I can say is sometimes they are more trouble than they are worth. Ie mites, thrips, PM, fungus nats.
Mites are easy to kill, thrips, pm not so much.
