Where is my paperwork from the state?

Sent it in to the state almost two months ago, called the department of health last week and they said they were backed up a month. Just wondering if anyone here has been waiting patiently for their letter back from the state so you can get your card. Side question, do I need to wait for my card to start growing if all of my paperwork is signed off by doctors and whatnot? I feel like it's a grey area but I haven't found a caregiver, can't go to slater who I designated because of the aforementioned issue, basically just waiting. Hopefully soon.

Yes you need to wait... many times a doctor signed off on card and the DOH said no to it still. Sucks about all the waiting though. LLucky for me awhile ago mine took 3 weeks only.

Once you get your confirmation paper back with your MMP ID# you are officially a MMP! You can then proceed downtown to get your card (takes 5 minutes). In the meantime, keep a printed or digital version of your MMP papers by your stash and by your grow room. Sorry about the delays around this time; I'll get right on that!

How long did it eventually take to get your confirmation letter? I know this is a dead thread but if anyone could let me know ?

After 15 buiz days and NO rejection letter,thats means all is good and you just have to wait..The state has 15 days to officially notify you of a rejection.

You'll get a note in the mail with your ID # and instructions to go in to have your ID CARD created - at that point, you are in the program and your 2 year MMP status has begun (whether you've got the card or not). Remember to play it safe and do LOTS of research; we've got a pretty knowledgeable community to learn from as well.
