Where my seeds at?

My buddy sent me some seeds about 35 days ago from Canada, and i haven't received them yet. Do you think they got confiscated and thrown away? I looked online and from the west coast of Canada to the east coast of the US should only take between 14-21 days. Any ideas?

how long before i get something in the mail? I know seeds are not illegal to receive. This is the second time he has tried to send them to me with no luck. I never got anything in the mail the first time he sent them (neither did he or he wouldn't of sent this time lol). Do you think Canada is stopping them before they enter the US?
