where to get a 15 psi pressure cooker?

word thanks you guys out to walmart to get the canner then. this sounds like fun... wish i actually ate shrooms! ill have to try em at least. i think i got this planned right ill do some up dates in its own thread sometime soon thanks again fun fun

check it out this is my new cooker/canner.... that is if its good by you guys. what you think?
its a presto 16 qt canner and cooker
10 pint mason jars or 7 quart mason jars, which jars do i want? the quarts had a slight should neck not that much but the pints were perfect taper

it says regulator does 5 10 or 15 pounds pressure.

work out what would get you the maximum volume of material in there. In my cooker I use the 500ml jars combined with honey pots as I actualy get more in that what then just useing either or.

id get the big jars but the had a slight shoulder. not that bad but it was there. the small ones were in your face mushroom stomppers perfect dream taper besides the fact the are small just pints. which jar you think?

this canner has a valve that i think does 15 pounds but theres no gauge i dont think is this def. it???

even if its a 12psi you will get the same result by just adding 20% to the cooking times.

How much time would you pressure cook with one that is 10 psi? I didn't do extended time and had more jars contam than I did using a stock pot. I am worried about losing the water in the pressure cooker over that much time since I can't simply add more like with a stock pot.
