Where to move up North

Yeah since it says financing I think there both for sale, it would be sick to get both since there right next to each other
He says he can do a good deal if you get both.



Mabey since there doing stuff up there to make it not aloud to grow on parcels less then 5 ac. He might just be giving up on this one and has a big 20 ac spot or something,
Or maby since it's too late to do anything with it this year.

Already figured on truck. My square footage is gonna need two trucks. I ment like the plants. Im thinking post four bambo sticks as support and wrapin burlap. I move my 20 gals on the furnitre dolly no prob.

I cant imagine land in Ca going for that ?

Uhaul....I stretched plastic between the rows of plants to keep them in place, keep them from sliding around, it worked well. Good luck my brother I'm excited for you....much love & good vibes going your way....

Uhaul truck. Too big for the trailers. I just use empty pots for spacing and to hold them in place.

I was trying to buy that land.. Said he was an investor. I have a strong feeling it was raided last yr or something. I was trying my ass off to work a sketchy ass business deal. Lol.
Found a spot myself. Dude had stroke, needs help. 24 ladies outdoor, 4x4x2 beds. And found land for next season. I do 24 200gl smarties. My main worry is mold or losing a whole crop for whatever reason. Its the joy of farming.

But that all sourced from a CL add looking for cool landlord.
