which globes are best to use indoor

hi just wondering what the best globes are good to use, say something you could get from the local bunnings, i have 150w flood globes would they do or a 5w 5000k globes. newbie

I bought lots of 24w CFLs from bunnings in both the 6500k and 2700k spectrums - as a newbie, I would suggest you look into CFL growing and you will be pleased with the results you can achieve.
