Which light should I use?

Here's the stage my little girl is at right now. Before it even broke soil I had on these two long (25 watts each) fluorescent bulbs on top. But I have this other light that holds compact fluorescent bulbs (cfl) with each bulb at 36 watts. At this stage which should I use? I'm afraid if I used the cfl at 72 watts it will be too strong for my plant but it's actually better right?

I'm thinking I should use the compact 72 watt one and as it grows I can add in more lights or better ones.
