Which light will best utilize co2 roi-e680 or 720 with price into consideration

Hi so I’m trying to decide lights, I have a scorpion r spec and roi-e720 atm but just got co2 and will be getting a 8x8 and a 4x8 grow tent that I’ll recirculate air between the two for co2 exchange. I bought the 720 not realizing I couldn’t use the boost without the controller so I’m probably gonna stick to growers choice, now with that said do these lights utilize co2? And how much of a difference with price put into consideration. I’ll either keep the rspec and get one less light but I like the controller idea. I know the 680 doesn’t have the boost mode. Does anyone know if you can use the 680 and 720 together? I have some Chinese Philzon 640watt and a mixjoy I’m returning because they’re way to hot running

You’ll need 6 of either light to run the space you have planned.

What’s your plan to seal the tents? What’s your plan to cool the tents?

Boost mode: the only way I can think of this working using the same drivers is by disconnecting the dimmer: a completely undimmed meanwell driver is usually something like 9% over spec in output current, or 109% of output. If you attach the correct dimmer it will dim between 0 (or real low close to 0) and 100%. Some growers have been accessing this extra power by either adding some resistance in the dimmer circuit or having a bypass mode, that disconnects the dimmer entirely.
You should be able to make your own boost mode if you know how to disconnect the dimmer from the circuit.

1. Right , I got two of the 6 needed (720 roi-e), plan on using a portable ac unit, a dehumidifier rated for 80 pints per day with a pump inside to outomatically empty into a 2nd resivour that will be recycled to water the plants with a pump drip system on a timer to go on and off throughout the day. I’ll rotate since that water to my current knowledge from the dehumidifier will be as close to distilled water as possible (trying to cut down on water usage since I use ro and waste a lot. Also so it doesn’t set off red flags which brings me to my next question...

2 Also to lessen my partners anxiety in my current power bill with all the stuff we got running right now, is a 700 dollar/month power bill gonna set red flags up for a house in Phoenix az during the peak of summer? Any help putting him at ease as he’s got generalized anxiety disorder. It’s legal here for recreation and I’m going to be a caretaker as well as he once I acquire patients the max we can have plant wise is 144 plus our own personal 12 (5 patients per person and there’s two of us caretaking in the very near future) well in order to care give we need product. Plan on only serving my patients with proper paperwork to do so. Does he or I guess we have anything to worry about in the legality area? According to the new laws those plant numbers issue right now is we don’t have patients yet since I haven’t been able to leave the house to find any (I drive Uber since it’s funand Pheonix is one of the best cities to earn via Uber or Lyft)

3. plans to seal tent haven’t looked into that much so off the top of my head using common sense and correct me if I’m wrong, obviously some reflective tape over all the ports and corner top and bottom seams around the perimeter of the tent, on the bottom of it to persevere the tent from water spills here and there as well as for sealing purposes, I’m gonna get 6m 12 ft wide clear plastic and have that go up the edges about a foot incase my 105gal res overflows somehow, I got a ultra yield 8x8 what’s the 1 foot extension so it’s 96“ x 96 x 96 and then for the 4 x 8 which I’ll have duck work with fans to circulate the CO2 so I don’t have to have two co2 tanks.

Am I in the ballpark as to knowing what I’m doing with only a little bit of research and then obviously I will be using a humidifier that automatically detects humidity so it can maintain a certain level.

5. Also, those things that you wire to your breaker do those bring your amps down? I keep tripping my breaker. I bought one of these to try out bht didn’t know about it needing hard wired to even plug anything in it. The light turns green with the 120 volt wall plug in so I don’t know if it’s defective or if they all require a hard wire + being plugged in

6. If I go with 240 volt lights to bring my amps down can I use those on a 120 volt with an adapter? I’m i’m a completely noob when it comes to anything electric or grow room set up passed a typical non sealed set up.

Here’s a photo of thing I bought to what I think bring down my hands so I don’t blow her trip my breaker constantly and I know I’m going to need something to bring the ants down with the extra lighting.

Why would your power bill be 700 a month seems very steep to me considering what my bill is and what I run.
