Which nutrients for autoflowers?

Currently I am using cana terra professional soil, I am looking for nutrients since I’m told I should use them. I want to keep things as simple as possible. Which nutrients should I buy, how often should I feed my autoflowers, and how much to feed them? And please explain why, so I can understand what I’m doing.
