which nutrients to use for vegetation/flowering

I have floranova one part growth, regen a root, rapid starter, and even X micro nutrients. Which would you suggest for for my 3 week old ladies. I dont think the root systems are weak. Id just like to know preferences/opinions

wouldnt rapid starter be for new clones with roots for transplant into new dirt? You can never have roots that are too big. Are you using a full Floranova line?
