Which setup is best out of these 2?

I'm getting a light mover this week to better utilize the lights i have but don't know whether to go with the first method (stadium style) or the second (more SOG style)

I'd like to be able to walk around the plants somehow so they don't constantly need to be moved around in order to water them all(1st pic) but if it means sacrificing yields i'll pack them all in tighter (pic 2)

...or can anyone think of a better system?

anyone got an opinion?

best way to grow in small place is to do a screen of green 4 plants under a mesh

I have a few more than 4 plants lol

Is the setup a vert? If so how many rows and length of rows?
