Alright I'm growing outdoors and I know I'm late into the season, but I live in the southwest and we practically never get frost so I should be good. However, I'm wondering if I should go with an auto-flower strain since I am so late into the season or a regular strain. I'll post the link to the two strains I'm considering but I'll describe them here: The auto-flower is a dutch passion strain that says it yields 250-300 grams per plant outside and it goes from seed to harvest in 9 weeks, which would be a godsend. The other would be a simple Northern Lights strain that says it produces 750 grams per plant outside and flowers in 8-11 weeks, but I know my late start is going to drastically lower those numbers. My question is which strain would most likely yield more and be able to adapt to a late start? I'm scared that if I got the northern lights strain that the late start would put so much stress on the plant that it would go hermaphrodite on me. Honestly right now I'm leaning towards the auto-flower strain because I know it will at least harvest in time whereas with the regular strain it might not be able to adapt. Any thoughts on which one you would choose if you were in my situation?
