Which Strain?

As I said Kali Mist sounds like my type of high but I'm wondering should I pick a strain that perhaps may yield more? Or, is the Kali a great high that I could sell for a bit more? Do I take quality over quantity?

Any of the other Serious Strains that would be good for yield?

if it's your first grow, i suggest neither quality or quantity to make your choice, but ease of growability?

if you're going to order some pro(corp) seeds from a pro(corp) seedbank bred and grown by pro(corp)s, they're GOING to be
high quality seeds.
they're going to be above average in every way - like the difference between a porsche, a rolls, and a ferrari... you'd give yourself a stroke trying to decide which to drive

if i could start over, i'd grow this pot:

mold resistant - check
mite resistant - check
NO SIGN of hermism under ANY circumstance - check
no particularly sweet smell during flower - check (aphids and mites)
no particularly skunky smell during flower - check (LEO)
not particularly nutrient-sensitive - check
not particularly drought-sensitive - check
easy to clone - check

in fact, i may do that now lol

i'd also want an 8 week performer so i could cycle it quickly

maybe someone else knows a few...

Americano - Enterprise seeds
BC Big Bud - Jordan of the Islands
Critical Mass - Mr. Nice
Early Queen - Mr. Nice
American Dream - Sensi Seed
BC Sweet God / BC Sweet Tooth - BC Bud Depot
First Lady - Sensi Seed

Ak 47 is a good yielder but is a def stinker in flower so if smell is going to he q issue then try out the bubblegum they got that is also a good yielder.

Thats a pretty good list. I'm not sure about Kali Mist its not a "super" high quality strain and unless you plan to sell it quality is always better than quantity .

If you are looking to make money selling weed, let me tell you this:

Expect to smoke more than you smoke now, account for your habit + some, when dealing.
Make sure you know someone who can help you get rid of it. (A grower should never grow+deal to the streets, at least if you have brains).
Expect to make MUCH MUCH MUCH FUCKING LESS MONEY than you thought possible, at first. It isn't easy, that's why everyone doesn't do it.

There will be days the paranoia will KILL you. Half the price you have ever paid for dope should account for your mans risk/paranoia.

It costs money... And it's work.. That's the biggest one! People think it's easy, it is (if you follow a simple system), but developing your system takes time. Growing weed isn't necessarily any easier than doing anything else (to a quality standard).

If you are looking to make money, go with a yielder, if to smoke go for a better quality. When you get to be a better grower it won't matter so much. [[I have never conversed with a first time grower who is happy with their first time yields...expect to sell none, if you like to smoke]].

The guy on your thread recommended northern lights, I second that.

Northern Lights seems to be a popular choice. There seems to be many price points for the seeds. I can get KC Brains NL for £11 for 10 seeds. Homegrown Fantaseeds do 10 NL seeds for £35. And then you have Sensi Seeds NL for £95 for 10 seeds. Would I be right in thinking that the cheaper seeds' genetics might not be great with seeds not germinating and hermi problems etc? The Homegrown Fantaseeds got some good reviews. Any other types I should look at?

I've yet to read a bad word about Serious Seeds and I'm still leaning towards a strain from them. Chronic and AK47 seem to be the big yielders. AK47 looks like it could be done within an 8 week period with Chronic maybe taking a week or two longer. The thing putting me off AK47 is the reported smell. I'm not near anything so it should be any issue but shouldn't doesn't mean it won't. Why take a chance?

So would Chronic be a good option then for a commercial grow?

Yea chronic would be good I believe it's a cross of nl. Also look into super silver haze that's a big yielder as well
