which to choose

Hi all im new to this site,so be gentle.
Ive been in and out of growing white widow for the past ten years,ive always use soil to get great results,but my next venture is hydro system.ive made a diy setup with a 100 ltr box with a pump from a fish tank ive used rockwool blocks and i devised the water feed pipe to drip onto the blocks every 40 mins.the pump is on the slowest output with a 2 small drips per pot. is this ideal cause i dont want the rockwool to dry out .if anyone on here can advise me,i would be greatfull

hi all, changed everything after i took that pic, i went for a flood and drain system.Best thing i ever did.ill put some pics up.these are 2 weeks into flowering.
