I used a 125 watt blue Enviorlite for veg, and then a 200 watt red/orange enviorelite for flowering ,I only let it go for 14 days veg 18/6 and then 12/12 for just over 9 weeks .You can put these lights 3 inchs from the plant itself ,there is not much hest from them at all.

Came out very nicely that plant gave just under 130 grams !
