White Castle Not Looking too good

They are about 3 weeks from seed and I just got back from a short vacation and they look like this. They are in Fox Farm Ocean Forest with well water at 6.2 PH. Just flushed them. What should I do?

3weeks?? What are you using for lights?? A few flash lights?? 3 weeks they should be atleast a foot and bushy... I would say put em under 400 mh for 24 hours no dark and lay low on nutes for another week or so until they grow some!! Are you over watering them?? Wait till the leaves start to drop lift them up and feel how much it weights then water them and don't water again till they are almost as light!!

They are under a 400 watt metal halide 24/7. I raised the lights for the photos, but the lights are usually about a foot from the plants.

wait a week ,see how they r then. that mix may have been too rich for those babies.
