White flies 5th week of flower

So ya i have white flies 4th or 5th week of flower.. Any good suggestions on what to do?

As many yellow sticky strips as possible, pyrethrum oil for under leaf .

If they look like knats then spraying the leaves will not fix the problem ... the larva is in the soil and they have a pesticide for it just do t remember what it's called... I will have to get back to you with the remedy I had to use to get rid of them..
