white hairs on my plant

hey my plant is in the veg stage and i can see little white hairs ...my plant is only 2 weeks does that mean its a female

yes, white hair means female but it is kinda weird that it is flowering in the veg state being only 2 weeks old.

nah it dont event have any branches yet id take a picture but lol i dont have a camera its like on the leaves and a little on the stem

Man its just new growth coming out , they arnt actual hairs its the new branch.
