White Label showing preflowers, now white bud hairs forming still in veg!

So I am nearly 2 months in with my Pack of 5 Random Feminized White Label seeds.

Thing is I think it is a bit stunted, it's about a foot high. The other 4 are the same give or take a couple of inches.

This one in question though showed preflowers a week or a bit longer ago and now I am seeing white hair like bud hair forming even though it is still in the veg cycle.

The others aren't showing preflowers yet and they are all the same age :/

Here are some pics but my question is do I still veg this so it will gain another foot or do I put it into flower now?

They are ready to flip. Get ready because they will get 2-3x taller in the first few weeks of 12-12.

Is it normal for the white hairs to start forming in veg?

I'm gonna move the White Label into the flowering tent tomorrow.

Also when is the last possible time to supercrop? I've got some ladies in flower hitting 4ft already, 2 weeks into flower. I have been low stress training but man they are hard to access and they always go back.

ive pinched bent things 2-3 weeks in sometimes to surprisingly better results and other times not so much.
