White, spiky hairs on buds

I cut my plant down the other day, to harvest. Upon checking out some buds with my microscope I noticed patches of spiky white hairs, or fur. I searched around the web and finally found some pics of it that others have posted. I didnt find an answer for what it is, maybe someone here knows.
One person said they are trichomes, just not the glandular type. I dont know about that, though.

I would agree with the others advice. Is that the plant you cut down or other pictures cause it ain’t ready yet.
