White spots on the bud leaves

Hi all!
It's my first grow. Can anybody help me figuring out what these white spots on these two leaves are? Is that some mold or something?
It's been flowering for around 3-4 weeks now. Temps around 25C, 15-17C while light's off. Humidity around 45% 30cm away from the light bulb. It's Northern Lights auto. Don't know the PH. Giving it 3ml of Biobizz bloom and 1,5ml of Biobizz top max now and feeding every watering.

what kind of light?

Ye just these two leaves. I have oscilating fan there venting every two hours for 15 mins. it's in a wardrobe and there's no door. I open a window every day there. No outtaking fan there.

Hmmm not sure, but i would raise the light to 36cm and keep an eye on it. could the hood have caused a hot spot and bleached it? just guessing.
