White Spots--Please Help

I am growing a single bag seed in 2/3 Fox Farm Ocean forest 1/3 Fox Farm light warrior soil and I am in week 7 of veg, Day 43. Currently using 4-43w 5000K CFLs and plan to add more. This morning I noticed small white spots on some of the leaves, mostly near the top. It was sort of wet and I was able to wipe it off with my fingers. I inspected the underside of all of the leaves and nothing. Humidity is at 57%-65% and temperature is 77-79°F. What could this be? See pics.

Also I noticed on some of the leaves, again mostly towards the top, if you look closely they have a bunch of white specs on them (very small, see pic #6 'close up'). Are these crystals forming? Or is it the dreadful mold? More pics.
This is the first issue and I believe most important one that I am having right now.

The second and third I think are related. Lower leaves at first had light yellow then turned to brown spots on them. The smaller lower leaves are dying and some of the new growth is twisted. Up until day 25 I used water only. On day 25 I used water with Fox Farm Grow Big 6-4-4 and fed the seedling dose of 1/2t /gallon. The next feeding was on day 33 which I fed a General feeding dose of 2t / gallon. My soil PH is right around 7. I believe this to be nitrogen toxic, but am not sure. More pics.

I have one more question on something else I noticed today. On a few leaves there were droplets of water on them. Is this normal and what caused this?

Thanks!

i beilieve your humidity may be a bit to high and that may be your problem.

So do you think this is mold I am dealing with?

I think 57-65 is pretty fine, I am not sure about white spots.
But, seems like you have N toxicity
The droplets generally occur if plants are bushy and leaves are touching each other. So, that means air circulation is not good enough.

One more thing. Actually, if plants are bushy, leaves looks like wet, you cant see any certain droplets.
however, if humidity is too high and the soil is pretty wet then you will see some droplets on the leaves. Also, air should be still.
So, are you sure that humidity is around 57-65 ?????

Thanks for the help! Yes I am sure on the humidity. I have a meter just above the plant that shows me a low and high for each day. I did just water 2 days ago so yes the soil is still pretty wet. I only have 1 small fan on the plant at this time. This is in a closet so the fan is just outside the closet blowing fresh air in. Should I put another fan inside to push air out? Yes the plant is just over 17" tall and is bushy with leaves near the top touching like you said. Only 2 or 3 leaves have actual water droplets on them.

I would have said the start of powdery mildew maybe?
If so, 1 part milk and 9 parts water for a foliar spray at lights off.
