Who delivers seeds to Northern California

USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL... There are tons of companies that deliver to Northern California.

Any US seed bank. I would just find a local dispensary that has seeds and buy in person. Plenty in Northern California

If you have a mailing address, there are a bunch of suppliers. I've had good luck with Sannies Shop, SeedSupreme, and Seedsman. Those are based in Europe. I've had good experience from Sun Grown Genetics in US too. There are a bunch of reputable domestic suppliers, if that's what you prefer. Search the forums here for seed banks.

For Christ's sake, seeds aren't illegal. Why do so many people come on here making it sound like they're trying to order bulk crack?
I'm in Australia where it's illegal to smoke or grow, and I can find a thousand seed banks within a five minute Google search...
