No issues relating to my room.
My toaster scares the shit out of me to be honest, and I have lit a bed on fire many years ago one drunken night with a candle.
My biggest fear is to have a toaster fire etc. and not get paid out due to the mere presence of my room.
I also have escape routes planned out from my bedrooms etc.
But I do not fear a fire from my garden.

Well I didn’t personally but having been involved with a hydro store since 2003 have had a few stories. Some of the shit I heard boggles the mind. Non fire story.
This was 2004 I think. Buddy of mine was living on the 10th floor in a high rise. he stepped out of the elevator and there was water everywhere. When he went into his suite the bedroom was flooded. The next suite over had a grow op and the swamp cooler hose broke off causing water to flow down to the second story. Last time I heard buddy was charge with some serious $$$$$$$$ for the repairs.
One set of guys blew up the can on the pole and it melted the wires from the pole to the house. They replaced it themselves lol.

Well....in 50 plus years..I've never seen one being an electrician by trade!!
So if you do...maybe you should have used an sparky to do your work.
The hot water tank and furnace are more of a concern
... Carbon monoxide...fire......gas leak,,,,etc.... the list goes on.

Coming from a family of firefighters, dryers are one of the most common reasons for house fires. Clean your lint traps folks

The only fire I've experienced is on the beach roasting marshmallows. What are the stats on fires from Christmas lights? A lot more prevalent than grow fires, I'm assuming. I say we ban Christmas.
