who has the best method of of trainging buds

Well I am a Nube in my third week of flowering and I am surprised I lasted this long with a strong group of plants. My plants are are out of controll. I have only 12 inches of space to raise my lights.I am now looking for the the most proven way to controll my buds from 1000 watts of light. All you pro's this is the time to stept in and be accounted for

they look to be streached as fuck from the pics. so id say LST would be your best bet. will also increase the yeild since more lights gettin into the lower branches
