The plug and grow system comes with a 200w bulb, a high quality reflector with a 13amp plug and a pair of ez rollers to hang the reflector with.

THIS IS A QUALITY MIRROR FINISH GROW LIGHT COMPLETE WITH AN ORIGINAL 6400K PLUG AND GROW 'VEGGING ' LAMP OR THE 2700K FLOWERING (RED) BULB
YOU CAN OPEN THE BOX, SCREW IN THE LAMP AND PLUG IT IN - AND THAT'S IT- YOU ARE GROWING !!!

NO WIRING REQUIRED -NO CONTACTORS NEEDED- THEY ARE ALMOST SILENT RUNNING AND EMIT VERY LITTLE HEAT-THESE ARE IDEAL FOR SMALL CONFINED SPACES,' HIDING' IN CUPBOARDS, UNDER YOUR STAIRS ETC AND THE RESULTS YOU'LL GET WILL BE AMAZING !!!

IT COMPRISES A BATWING REFLECTOR PRE-WIRED WITH 3M OF FLEX AND A PLUG AND COMES SUPPLIED WITH A GENUINE 'PLUG AND GROW' 200W LAMP, WE SUPPLY THESE WITH THE 6400K (VEGGING LAMP ) OR THE 2700K FLOWERING (RED) BULB.

THE REFLECTOR IS A SOLID ,QUALITY ITEM NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH SOME CHEAPER VERSIONS OUT THERE ( WHICH ARE THAT FLIMSY THEY DO NOT 'HOLD' THE PLUG AND GROW
LAMP VERY WELL !! )

plug and grow lamps are effective, energy-saving, reliable, low heat generating horticultural grow lamps, giving excellent results and lower operating costs for all indoor growers.
Plants need light in the correct spectrum, which is proven to be between 400 & 700 Nana Wave, and Plug And Grow Lamps produce high output light in exactly this spectrum. There is no wasted light, unlike HID and HPS lamps were much of the light cannot even be seen or used by the plant.

Plug And Grow Lamps give 100% PAR (Photosynthetically Active Radiation) high output light and are used successfully for all propagation, vegetative or flowering stages.
plug and grow cfl lamps do not generate excessive heat and can be used directly over plants. This is the secret of growing with plug and grows, positioned directly above, just 3 cm or 4 cm, the top of the plants! Unlike HID lamps, this new generation, grow lamps will not burn your plants.

* Self Ballasting Lamps - simple to install or wire
* 100 % PAR in the correct spectrum for growing
* Generates much less heat than HID Lamps
* Energy saving lamps give lower operating costs
* High Lumen Output ~ Long Life Operation

This is a real advantage compared to growing with HID lamps, as there is no wasted light, which occurs when HID lamps are positioned high above plants. Plug and grow lamps give 100 % PAR, correct spectrum, high lumen light directly on top of your plants - where they need it!

MH and HPS release more lumens that's why i don't use that bullshit, just compliment my shit with Cfls, and it only takes 2 150 watt cfls to get more effecient lighting at home depot way cheaper than that

Or you can just get a 150W HPS from E-conolight.com for $20 bucks. Thats what i bought, 16,000 lumens and now i dont worry about adding a bulb here or there.

What are they talking about wasted light?? HPS is the only light that can be used for both veggie and flowering. The lights that they advertise are the same spectrum as an HPS for the flowering bulb, and if it wasn't then their kit isnt made right... I didnt even bother to look how much it would cost, but trust me its not worth it.

Want to grow big, go HPS. Its been proven on this site, so you dont have to take my word for it. Save your cash meng! Good luck!

I just put zip-ties around the UFO:) And I braided yarn from the local arts and crafts store, and used a bent hanger to attach it all. Not really that hard...:) You will have to wire it up, which is like hooking up three wires.

The lights bigger than it looks on the website:) This shit is bad ass!! Thinking about getting another one very soon... And im burning less power then most CLF grows over 100 watts. Bc i have so many Lumens to watts thus burning less energy. My 150w HPS burns give or take around 6 23W CFL's in Cost. And the spectrum of HPS is far more usable for the plants than the CLS spectrum. Good Luck!
