Who Thinks I Can Do It??Help Needed

hi all,i have a 4 month old thia weed plant that stopped growing after it produced its first 5 leaver at about 9" tall and since then it has only grown an inch and i think its starting to regenerate because it is slowly getting closer to the window stretching towards the very little light we have here in the uk.

it has strangly started to produce 3 leavers again even though it has 5 leavers.
it is looking a really light green healthy colour so all looks ok.

i am going to grow this plant again and wondering if i can go straight into 12/12 or let it veg for a month and then flower it?

IMO I would veg for a little while and nurse it back to health. Develop some new shoots and help your plant become a robust flowering machine. The healthier the plant in veg, the better she will perform in flower.
