Who uses light movers? Whats good? How do your results compare with fixed lighting?

Hello All,

I am working on design for my next room and was thinking about using light movers and less lighting as I could really benefit from less heat and obviously lower electric bills.

Any information you guys could provide would be most helpful and greatly appreciates. I have never used movers before so I don't know who makes the most reliable, reasonably prices movers. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

I thought the same thing when I first started. Spent the money on movers then ended up spending more on money on air cooled lights. More light energy more bud there is no way around.
