just emptied half the res tonight, and filled it up with tap, its @ 400 ppm now..ph is 5.8

Looks like you didn't allow them to harden off after you cloned them. Try moving them back to the baby environment and slowly re introducing them to the grow room.

Also looks like they could use really really really slight nutes (like 1/18 strength)

man could be roots are still small and need less light i use like 2 26 watt cfls for my clones for about a week or two then slowily move up in light and nutes to strong still kinda looks like nute burn also . move back on light and nutes give chance after clone to establish itself good and

Means they should have been left in the cloner a little longer.. like if u pop a seed indoors then decide to take it outside, well u cant just throw it straight under full sun, u gotta start it in the shade and slowly introduce it into the sun.. harden off

that plant is not going to make it kill it and start all over
