Why a CG would have a CG?

So I was taking a new patient through the doctor referral and a guy was in the office who stated he was a caregiver with patients, yet had his own caregiver. I overheard this being discussed with receptionist so was unable to ask him.

Why would people do this? Is there something I am missing?

I'm a caregiver with patients, My wife is my care giver.
We each can have 5 patients plus our selfs.
I did it at first so my wife could have access to the room.

OK, that makes sense for two people living in the same house and who want a large grow. Thanks.
